Shipping Information

- We’re currently experiencing delays with our carriers, once your tracking number is created, please allow up to 4-5 days for your tracking information to display, to get the most up-to-date notification on your order. Please allow one to two weeks for shipping, under certain restrictions and busy periods shipping may be further delayed.
- Free shipping parcels are provided with a tracking number, please liaise with the courier if you are experiencing delays. We are not responsible for parcels once tracking has been provided.
- Purchases are processed the following business day. Since the shipping department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, payments placed on Friday will be processed on Monday.
- Once your order has been processed, no further changes can be made to it.
- An extra $10 charge will incur for providing incorrect shipping information. This is in order for us to pay for the reshipment of the package.
- We cannot ship to Minnesota.
